Behaviors Training aka Business Therapy

“What do we have to do when and how often?”

S ometimes the most important strategy you can carry out is getting your staff and perhaps yourself to follow a behavior plan. By starting with your desired outcome we carefully analyze what things done well yield what results.

The second step is to map those behaviors into a Behavior Plan. There we capture the required frequency and timing that will yield the desired outcome.

Measurement becomes a critical component to this application and we put that to action with Accountability Tracking. In this application we take the required behaviors, frequency and timing and track each instance to meet weekly or other timed targets. The application allows for flexibility both to move timing, frequency and priority and over time validates or initiates changes in the Behavior Plan so the Target Outcome is always in site.
