C reating the right culture to nurture success may be the most critical and yet often undervalued criteria in a company. Often the culture is assumed to be one thing by the leader(s) but perceived differently by the rest of the team. Creating a plan to have and maintain a culture requires three steps.

  1. Assess and measure current culture
  2. Identify desired culture understanding how it facilitates or contributes to success
  3. Create an Action Plan to change and implement culture
